Quality system

Quality & Certifications

Our quality system exists to make one question easy to answer: can this part be installed, and can it be proven. The sections below describe how we control material and what travels with it.

Accreditation

ASA-100 / FAA AC 00-56B

Trace standard

Back-to-birth on USM rotables

  • Segregated quarantine area for unverified, suspect-unapproved, or scrap material.
  • Trace file opened at receipt and closed only when back-to-birth or last-operator trace is complete.
  • ESD-controlled handling and storage for avionics and electrical line replaceable units.
  • Shelf-life monitoring with automated expiry alerts for consumables and expendables.
  • Documented non-conformance, corrective action, and supplier scoring process.

Condition codes

Codes follow common industry usage. If a code is unclear on a quote, ask the desk — we will state plainly what was done to the unit.

Counterfeit and unapproved parts prevention

  • Material is bought only from approved operators, OEM-authorised channels and audited repair stations — never from unverified open-market offers.
  • Every incoming tag is verified against the issuing station's live approval before the unit enters stock.
  • Suspect unapproved parts are quarantined, reported, and mutilated rather than returned to the market.
  • Serial numbers are checked against the trace file at receipt and again at dispatch.
